I am working on a Javascript version of this Smith Chart tool. If you are interested, you can follow the progress on my blog entry. The benefit of using Javascript is that the Java browser plug-in will not be needed, so the tool will even run on mobile devices (although I'm not sure how effective the dragging interface will be with a touch based interface). I'm at the point where the "hard" (fun) coding is done, and all that's left is the "easy" (tedious) user interface work, so your feedback will be helpful to keep me motivated.
